1. General Policy
Most of our services involve customized planning, strategy, design, development, and consultation. As these services are tailored specifically to each client, they are generally non-refundable once work has commenced.
2. Website Development Projects
- A project is considered active once the initial payment has been received.
- Advance or milestone payments are non-refundable after work has started.
- If the client cancels the project before completion, payment will be due for all work completed up to the cancellation date.
- Completed websites delivered to the client are not eligible for refunds.
3. SEO Services
Search Engine Optimization is an ongoing service that requires continuous effort and is influenced by search engine algorithms.
- Monthly SEO fees are non-refundable once the service period has begun.
- We do not guarantee specific rankings, traffic levels, or business outcomes.
- Cancellation requests apply only to future billing cycles and do not qualify completed work for a refund.
4. Pay-Per-Click (PPC) Advertising
- Management fees are non-refundable once campaigns have been created or optimized.
- Advertising budgets paid directly to platforms such as Google or Meta are governed by their respective policies and are not refundable through Ocean Enterprises.
5. Social Media Marketing
- Payments for content creation, campaign management, and advertising services are non-refundable after work has commenced.
- Scheduled content already designed or published is considered completed work.
6. Content Marketing
Content writing, blog articles, website copy, graphics, and marketing materials are custom-created and are non-refundable once delivered or approved.
7. Cancellation Policy
Clients may cancel recurring monthly services by providing 30 days’ written notice before the next billing cycle.
Services already completed or currently in progress remain payable.
8. Exceptional Circumstances
Refund requests may be considered only if Ocean Enterprises is unable to deliver the agreed service due to reasons solely within our control. Any approved refund will be assessed on a case-by-case basis.
